The immediate focus is the set of issues in the Nontrivial Work tab of the issues spreadsheet I sent out earlier today..

For those sections where there is a name against the section, I ask the responsible person to bring the corresponding issues to closure.

For those sections where the responsible is [GROUP], we all have an action to review the corresponding issues, provide feedback to me for your recommended action, and we will discuss and close these at the next call.

To give people sufficient time, we are canceling next week’s call and our next call will be 21 Dec 2011 @11:30 AM EST.

However, to keep people thinking about this, I ask that everyone send me their preliminary comments for as far as they have gotten. Send these to me by 14 Dec 2011 by the time we would have had the call.
