"service-oriented business processes" and use of the SOA-RAF

In working through Michael’s comments, I decided to dig a little into the subject phrase.  While I don’t have a handy copy of the work referenced, I have found other writings by Schmelzer using the phrase, among other uses.  What I found most interesting was the number of places where the RAF diagrams and text are used in the discussion but DO NOT REFERENCE THE SOA-RAF.  I haven’t had a chance to dig carefully, but at some point we may want to rattle around the Web and find pages where we ask to be cited.
