Michael,

 

Notwithstanding Boris’ comments, I like it.  I want to chew on it a bit more but I’d say the next step is to see what current text addresses this and what additional text might be needed.  The trick is whether this holds together when we try to explain it.  I think some of Boris’ points naturally show up in the explanation.

 

What do others think?

Here is my idea of 'choreography' diagram.

Specifics:
1) choreography does not need to be sequential
2) preiminary  off-line agreement is required from every participant
3) every participant generates its own RWE
4) messages are less important than interactions
