I have given the document a cursory once-over and it looks good to me. I'm in halfway decent shape to take notes today, so I will handle that.

Let's see if we can't plow through as many remaining issues as we can and get ready to produce the final document.

The latest edits cover the re-structuring of section 3 than Ken and I have labored over – comments highlighted in yellow and green are points where we are still looking for resolution, otherwise changes against logged issues are commented-out as per standard practice and other edits should be self-evident.
