FW: Groups - Kevin Smith has joined OASIS SOA Reference Model TC

For those of you who weren't on last Wednesday's call, I'd like to note the addition of Kevin Smith to the RAF work.  Kevin has an extensive background in (among other things) security.  He has offered suggestions to the security section and his joining the TC allows us to easily consider and incorporate text he authors.
