First, some thank you's.

Thank you to Danny for an excruciatingly thorough review and comments.

Thank you to Rex for a very complete set of minutes that were posted within an hour of the meeting being adjourned.

Now for the group homework. Attached for immediate access are this week's minutes. Please read, consider the issues, and be prepared to adjudicate and close next week. In addition, please send thoughts and suggestions to this list that bring up points to consider and, especially, suggests explicit changes to the text.

If you have any problems finding or accessing any of the referenced documents, please contact me and I'll make sure they are available.

I will separately forward this to Danny and Jeff, but I am currently hostage to a limited Web email while my new computer is importing old archives into Outlook.
