Peter,

The following are some suggested changes in your "user" substitutions.  The numbers in the KJL column are how the line numbers showed up when I opened Word.  These can be ignored except for the few places where I noted a space missing or other typos.

As for my suggested changes, many times I suggest actor instead of participant because the "user" is someone doing something but not necessarily with a stake in the action.  In a few other instance, you substitute "customer" or another undefined term and user (as an undefined term) seems better.
