Subject: agenda for Halloween
As noted in my 24 October email, please be prepared to discuss and close remaining open issues. The agenda will walk through the list in Rex's minutes from last week: Peter sent out spread sheet and clean pdf of the
Committee Specification Public Review Draft on 10/17/2012 for everyone to
review. Issue 312 Tab - Peter addresses “user” issues by line number
in clean 10/17/2012 pdf.. ACTION ALL: Review the Issue 312 Tab entries against
the clean review pdf from same date. Issue 313Tab - has all of Danny Comments against pdf of
8/01/2012) that Peter accepted. Peter’s notes in column G. ACTION ALL: Review Issue 313 Tab in preparation for
bulk approval at next meeting. Open Issues Tab -
has all issues that require discussion
or where there is something significant to discuss, (Note: Issue 312 refers to
the tab 312 issues.) Peter recorded his responses in column I . ACTION ALL: Review Open Issues Tab entries for adjudication
at next meeting Issue 314 issomething we have discussed before, so we need to decide if it deserves change. ACTION ALL: Review Issue 314 in preparation for for adjudication at next
