That is an interesting distinction. What I have been asked for is a list of the formal liaisons. I had not thought about a situation like yours. I will note it down in the list I pull together. And I'll have a look at Appendix C. It may interest the board that some TCs have found a more informal approach works.

The SOA-RM TC has actively tried to engage both internal groups and external ones.  We've actually documented the external efforts in Appendix C of the SOA-RAF.  Are these the types of contacts you are interested in capturing?  I do not believe we created a formal liaison in any of these cases but just tried to coordinate or, at a minimum, tried to provide a consistent context.
