I don't recall anyone having restrictions about using them, but for me 
in particular, I would add a disclaimer that these were done for 
informational, non-normative purposes. That said, my own personal agenda 
has always been to pull them all together in a single taxonomy and/or 
ontology. However, now that seems like it may have been a larger dream 
than I can actually manage. We'll see what happens.
