Correction. Section 2 is now taken by Michael Ruiz. Thanks everyone for stepping up, and if you were not quick enough to grab a section, don't worry...just work with the assigned primary editor for that section.

Now the nasty bit: If you signed up, you owe me a draft by May 11. Keeners like Frank have already come up with a draft.
