Update on F2F status

(I'll try to do this update for every day of the F2F in Vancouver).

Today was spent reviewing the issues list, and we made a lot of  
progress today.  We have now closed roughly half of the issues, and  
are hoping to move through the rest tomorrow morning.

Several recurring themes popped up while working through the issues  
list, and these themes have been written down and referred to as "big  
issues", which we will discuss starting tomorrow afternoon.(an  
example of a big issue is: "What is a service?")

There has also been an official electronic ballot commissioned to  
seek approval (or disapproval) to change the specification's title to  
"Reference Model for Service Oriented Architectures".  Many of the  
F2F attendees felt that this  change would allow us to close several  
issues, as well as clarify what we are trying to portray with SOA- 
RM.  The TC acronym would stay the same.
