Cancel meeting this wednesday - editors are meeting

All:

I would like to recommend that we cancel the meeting for this Wednesday
given that our editors are meeting face to face in Washington.  Anything
of technical merit discussed on the meeting may be moot given they
currently have comments against the current draft.

If anyone feels strongly that we SHOULD have the meeting anyways, please
let me know along with agenda items you suggest.

Otherwise, by default, we will have our next conference call in our
regularly scheduled time slot on Nov 2 at the same time.
