I realize that you could call in, I am wondering what we would put on
the agenda.  I think we have discussed everything we can pending the
next rev.  If you would like to suggest some items, I am happy to craft
and post an agenda.  I think that the entire work is in the hands of the
editors and the rest of us need to support the editing team any way they
can.
Please let me know if there are any items.
