I don't have the charter at hand so please excuse asking what should be clearly stated there.  How long is the TC chartered for and will we have sufficient time to do RA work or will we need an extension?

I just wanted to point out that if we decide to make an RA, we do not need to review the charter since we had the foresight to place the RA in the charter as an optional deliverable of this TC.
