RE: [soa-rm] Request for Agenda Item for Next Call: SOA Reference Architecture (SOA RA)

The additional great news about this - besides the fact that we are not
time-constrained on the creation of one or more RAs - is that the RA
work can be done at the TC level instead of in a subcommittee (or
subcommittees), if we so choose, since the plan is that we will have a
Committee Draft by then. 

Or, we can collaborate at the TC level on the general notion of RA (i.e.
what components would need to be represented, what standards could
potentially be mapped to those components) and have one or more SCs work
on the finer details with general guidance from the TC.
