Subject: Contributors' list for CD 1.0

All:

This is the final list for CD 1.0. Danny and Michael Zaremba - I need
to have your OASIS primary rep contact me and okay you as member then
you will both be updated to members. If you name is not on this list,
you will not be listed on the Committee Draft when it is published.

If your name is not there and you think it should be or your name is
there and it should not be, please contact myself offline.

Thank you

Duane
