Under OASIS rules, we cannot make ANY changes to a document that is out for
public review, not even a small change such as a signature.  I am sure we
might be able to make a subsequent change but will have to check with OASIS
on that.

I am quite late with reponse (not sure if not too late), but I just moved
permamently from Ireland to Austria so I was quite disconected for a while.
