SOA-RM TC Home page needs update ASAP

The SOA-RM public home page has a link to the SOA-RM Committee Draft instead of the Public Draft.  I just pointed a number of GSAW colleagues to the home page.  Please update the link.  It won't be obvious to outsiders to click the Documents link and search for the PD version.
