Issue concerns possible need to "call out" the text of the 'worked example' using a text border/box, to emphasise that the example does not form part of the normative text.

1 reply, from Ken suggesting maybe simply a text indent. We could leave this for Frank to format as appropriate.

Proposed disposition:
The text from lines 190-216 would benefit from some visual cue as to its nature as an example rather than a part of the normative text. Request that editor apply suitable formatting (indent, italics, text box, etc) to this section, in oder to highlight this.
