Ram et al:

Please be informed that our ballot has reflected the wish of the TC to
elevate the Reference Model for SOA to a version 1.0 OASIS Standard.  The TC
voted overwhelmingly in support of this despite the single negative vote
from Avaya during the previous vote.  Please note that 89 votes from other
member companies to have it adopted as a full OASIS standard also
demonstrates great support for the work.

Can you please let me know if there is anything further we must do?
