Duane, 

The Technical Work listed on the TC home page (http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=soa-rm) stops with the Committee Specification.  Was someone supposed to update this to point to the October 2006 standard?  Should the Overview be updated to say we have developed a reference model and we're working on a reference architecture?
