Subject: Formal Request to move SOA Reference Architecture work to publicreview

The SOA Reference Model Technical Committee requests that
the Reference Architecture Foundation for Service Oriented Architecture,
Version 1.0 be moved to a full public review. This will be the second
public review of the document, the previous document being titled Reference Architecture
for Service Oriented Architecture. The Committee Draft was approved at a TC
meeting on 14 October 2009, and the minutes documenting that approval were
approved at the TC meeting on 21 October 2009. Those minutes can be found
