Boris,

You need to remove the disclaimer before you submit anything to OASIS 
because it conflicts with the IPR policy under which the TC conducts its 
business. If you have any IPR claims to any material, you must clearly 
state it at the time you send it if you want to retain your IPR. The TC 
will likely reject any such material as a "contribution."
