A ballot to approve Reference Architecture Foundations for SOA V1.0 with Non-Material Changes made since its last public review is opening

OASIS members, 

The SOA Reference Model TC members [1] have requested a Special Majority Vote to approve Reference Architecture Foundations for Service Oriented Architecture V1.0 CSPRD03 as a Committee Specification. 

Changes have been made to this Committee Draft since its last public review. The description of the changes can be inspected at http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/47528 and also in the change-marked version of the specification soa-raf-v1.0-csprd03-rev-TRACKED.pdf that is included in the submitted CSPRD at https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/47527/soa-raf-v1.0-csprd03-rev-FINAL.zip. 

The TC judges these changes to be Non-Material in accordance with the definition in the OASIS TC Process [2]. The TC requested this ballot in accordance with the procedure for approving a Committee Specification or Note [3].

The ballot can be inspected at https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ballot.php?id=2322. The ballot opens on 27 November 2012 and closes on 04 December 2012. Any OASIS member who believes these changes are Material is asked to contact OASIS TC Administration at tc-administration@lists.oasis-open.org so that their concerns can be addressed.
