The following is a recommendation at the end of the SC38 WG2 meeting:

 

Recommendation 4: Invitation to further development of DIS 18384-3

SC 38/WG 2 thanks OASIS for reaching out to extended expert communities and for submitting SC 38 N1019 as further elaboration of OASIS concerns on WD 18384-3. Since the work was progressed to CD on 31 October 2013 and is to progress to DIS after its 28 April - 1 May meeting in Sydney, SC 38/WG 2 invites all interested parties to review DIS 18384-3 and to make comments and suggestions available as on-time contributions to SC 38 Vienna Meeting through their national bodies or SC 38 liaisons. All interested parties are also invited to participate in person in the next SC 38/WG 2 meetings in Vienna, Austria through their national bodies or SC 38 liaisons.
