Ken,

I had volunteered to chair next Wednesday’s meeting – but I’ve just realized that I am booked out of the office all day and won’t be able to do this.

If you are absent and me too, either Rex or Michael need to do this – and even then, I’m not sure we are quorate.

Ideas, other than simply cancelling the call?
