Subject: Re: [soa-rm] SOA-RM biweekly meeting - looking for new day/time

I only indicated my favored times. You can consider the rest N.

Cheers,

All,

Several people are having difficulty making the current meeting time, so this is an attempt to identify a better time slot.

The “calendar” layout below is formatted as Helvetica 12 pt if anything gets distorted in translation. Assume each * is a 30 minute period beginning at the time heading that column, e.g the upper left * is Monday 0900-0930.  The times are Eastern Time (Washington DC) — sorry for not figuring a way to do time zone support.  I’m assuming West Coast US would not want anything earlier and Europe would not want it later, but that can be expanded if I assume incorrectly.

                        900 930 1000 1030 1100 1130 1200 1230 1300 1330 1400 1430 1500 1530 1600 1630 1700 1730 1800
Monday              *      *       *       *       *       *        Y        Y      Y      Y        *       *        *       *        *        *       *        *       *

Tuesday             *      *       *       *       *       *        *        *       *        *        *       *        *       *        *        *       *        *       *

Wednesday       *      *       Y      Y      Y      Y        *        *       *        *        *       *        *       *        *        *       *        *       *

Thursday            *      *       *       *       *       *        *        *       *        *        *       *        *       *        *        *       *        *       *

Friday                *      *       *       *       *       *        Y        Y      Y       Y        *       *        *       *        *        *       *        *       *

Please replace the * with
Y if you prefer the time
N if you do not prefer the time

Leave the * if you can make the time but have no preference.

I will try to maximize the Y and avoid the N.

As an example, the following is my input:

                        900 930 1000 1030 1100 1130 1200 1230 1300 1330 1400 1430 1500 1530 1600 1630 1700 1730 1800
Monday              *      *       *       *       *       *       N       N      N       N       N      N      N      N       N       N      N       N      N

Tuesday             *      *       *       *       *       *       N       N      N       N       N       *        *       *        *        *       *        *       *

Wednesday       *      *       *       Y      Y      Y        *        *       *        *        *       *        *       *        *        *       *        *       *

Thursday            *      *       *      Y      Y      Y        *        *       *        *        *       *        *       *        *        *       *        *       *

Friday                N     N      N      N      N      N      N       N      N       *        *       *        *       *        *        *       *        *       *

I have other conflicts Monday afternoon, midday Tuesday, Friday morning, and I would prefer Wednesday or Thursday morning.  I can live with any time interval that still has a *.

It is in all likelihood not possible to affect this week’s meeting but we can discuss the results tomorrow if you get back to me.

Any questions?  Otherwise, send me your input.

Ken
