Looking at the email archive, I see that the TC is not currently meeting. But it does look like there is work to be done, so I assume you want to continue.
These requirements of the TC Process can be done via email - but they do need to get done.

As a reminder, all TCs need to periodically review their charter and (re)elect their Chairs. The details are spelled out in the message.
