This mail is the request from SOA-TEL TC to TC-Admin to set up an electronic Ballot for the approval as CS of the “Telecom
SOA Use Cases and Issues Version 1.0”, approved as Committee Draft 02 in today’s SOA-TEL meeting (23 February 2010).

The meeting reached quorum (all voting members joined and all voting members voted to approve the document as CD02, plus they voted to start the Committee Specification
voting process).

The document went on Public Review 1 starting from November 20th 2009, see

All comments received were thoroughly analyzed by SOA-TEL and decisions were taken on Feb 2nd meeting. Agreed decisions on all comments were published

We hope that URIs in this version and latest version are ok (they are equivalent to the ones Mary Mc Rae suggested for the CD01).
