Subject: Closing the TC
Now that both work products have been approved as Committee Specifications, I will begin the process of closing the TC. The TC no longer meets the minimum membership requirement (and hasn't for some time); nor have efforts to increase participation been successful. Therefore as TC Administrator I must close the committee.
