     Action 4.1: Bob Hager to provide information on ISONET
     Action 4.2: Bob and Martin Bryan to discuss the ISONET
        indexing system - meta-data proposal: review of
        completed templates provided
     Action 4.3: Karen [Sally?] to provide information on
        Hong Kong Univ. ebXML activity.
     Action 4.4: All members to examine the meta-data from
        their own organisation's prospective, capture elements
        and send to list.
 - what can we report at June Interop Summit?
 - IPR issues: need a better IPR statement?
 - US government GAO report: need for standards registries
