That's a good suggestion, but the mechanics are difficult. The StdsReg
list is hosted on an OASIS mail server, and OASIS lists are configured
so that a person must subscribe to a list before he can post a message
to the list. We've had to do this to keep spam out. I don't think that
we should expect reviewers to subscribe to this list. So a simple
address, rather than a list, will have to suffice.
