First TA guideline draft is out

I just want to draw your attention on the first posting of TA guideline draft by Stephen, see:

This draft includes significant changes resulting from the review done at Wed Dec 19th meeting (especially in the TA anatomy section that had itself been entirely rewritten after the December F2F).

 

Some preliminary notes:

 

- the initial "TA anatomy"  section has been split into 2 parts: "Basic Design Principles (section 4) and "A more complete anatomy..." (section 5), with Section 4 having most of the content of previous "TA anatomy".

- there is still quite a bit of redundancy between sections, and also some "title redundancy" (e.g. subtitles "what is a TA" appear in bot sections 3 and 4), as Stephen mostly assembled pieces that pre-existed. These will be removed after initial feedback.

- parts missing (like the glossary), waiting for latest update from their former editor.

 

Please review/comment. Will put it on the agenda for Wed 23.
