I may make a few more editorial passes but for the most
part I'll just wait on the TC to agree or otherwise these
existing proposed changes prior to a new draft, 0.8.

[I still have to correct the section on Variables in line
with whatever the TC agrees about the comments from David
Marston on this - not forgotten.]
