A Variables Example together with a Worked Example

Here is something towards two of my AIs (combined)

The variables example takes and parametizes criteria
for 'medium-sized' for different localizations (of units)
for the widget example.

It also shows Groupings (two forms - by inclusion and
by reference of TAs) but it needs more work, eg to
show tags to distinguish purposes of TAs. There are here
three types of TA

1. normal
2. property definition
3. variable definition

It also show two ways of declaring/defining variables:
1. within header/by description (and reference to external
artefact - in this case a codelist for localities)
2. a little less elegant IMO, a special use of TA

Lots more work needed of course
