Then I suggest that we move exceptionally the meeting that day (Wed 4th)
from 11amPT to noon, assuming it is not too much trouble for Stephen ?

Agenda will be mostly to:
-  lay out the next step for public review.
- discuss promotion strategy, in particular contacting "selected
reviewers".
- XML markup if we have time. But here I'd prefer we try to schedule
next week a special meeting with everyone, where we could get Session B
participants from Asia (as they worked on the markup). Would Wed 11
between 3:30pm - 4:30pm work for US-based and UK-based folks?
