[PR Draft] Re: [tag] Groups - conf call schedule A added

At risk of multiplying versions of the public review draft, hence posting
this to list rather than on Documents page (it might have to change a
little more before OASIS acceptance as public review draft but hopefully
not), I've attached what I've sent on to Mary McRae as it has a few
non-susbstantive changes from the last committee draft. It has a table
of contents, change of editorial/boilerplate content order, etc to match
the OASIS committee spec template as per rules. Plus I had to revert
to ODT file to get back to the original template formats (mostly copied
and pasted into a purely ODT / OTT template file in Open Office. See
editable (.odt) and .pdf files attached.
