A few errors I'm finding - typos really (apologies)

1. Table 1, pp10+11: Test Assertion Set and Test Assertion Document are
in the table but they do now appear in section 3.1 so they could be removed
from the table

2. pp28 ff: from "testAssertionDocumentHeader" onwards, the 'Formal
Definitions' have the assocation names missing
e.g.
class: testAssertionDocumentHeader {

  common (1..1)

}

should be

class: testAssertionDocumentHeader {

  Common : common (1..1)

}

If people could send to the list any reports of other errors and/or comments
we can track them on the mail list until we have Jira set up, then continue
to track 'issues' etc there.

I think we are focusing at present on this Model spec initially but otherwise
the latest Guidelines and Markup documents are the ones to review too. I
hope to have a new Guidelines draft out soon but only with a few additions
which aren't expected to affect any of the existing text, etc.

Just by way of some explanation, in advance of minutes from yesterday's
TC call, we are tentatively hoping for a set of 3 committee drafts by end of
January and a committee draft for the Model in particular at the start of Jan.
