I think that a single ballot for CD + PR of the 3 specs only requires the 3 pdf for us to review internally and vote on.
Only when these are approved by the TC, we can worry about submitting the 3 versions of each doc to OASIS, along with a RDDL file (what you call the "namespace" doc?), as all this is cosmetic and has more to do with compliance with OASIS rules than tech content. (and the front pages will need be updated anyway with the right CD numbering, which we normally do only after approval).

But if we have the 3 versions ready, fine.
I can help do the RDDL index page - did the same for some other specs.

Yes, but when voting, we probably best include the .odt 'editable source' versions too as these are the documents from which the XHTML and PDF are generated. Plus we would need to include in the voting the 'namespace document'.
