2010-06-09: At this point we are working on the Compact RNG notation for the brief descriptions that accompany the introductions of the elements.  Not all TAML sections have been adjusted yet (we are up to section 2.4).  At some point we will also run it through a Relax NG processor to establish that the notation is well-formed and it works.  This is not critical because we have the XML Schema.
   Jacques will keep doing this, along with the reduction of the text.
   The only part of the markup that does not match the model, there is a report element in the markup that is added for convenience is not in the model and it is explained in the markup specification.
   Test Assertion Set (2.4) has not been reached yet.
