I was confused too.  I thought we were done with Public Reviews and needed to ballot on Committee Specs/Notes.  Duhh.

So we have been waiting for the Public Review of the latest CS and CN Drafts.  Ahah.  Nothing to do here, move along folks.

Big misunderstanding... and big delays.
The PR has not even started yet - the email from Paul Knight 6/14 was only to ack our submission and was not followed by a formal PR announce, as I thought it would while I left for vacation and back only recently. I just had some doubts yesterday... .
So I am following up with TC admin to get that started asap.

I'm not available on July 26 (out of town and a travel day).

Do we need a motion to have the two CS ballots and the one CN ballot?  Then the TC Admin conducts those ballots?  Is that the requirement?

We could do an electronic ballot to request the CS ballots and the CN ballot, I would think.  That would be faster than waiting until August just for that one action?

As our public review ended we need to take on the next step. At this time, no comments appear to need be addressed. So the next step would be to initiate a CS ballot (and CN ballot) for the three docs.

Let me know your impossibilities + preferences for these conf call options (a short 30mn call is planned):

Option (a) :  Tuesday July 26, 11amPT (call: 30mn)

Option (b) :  Tuesday Aug 2nd, 2:30pmPT (call: 30mn)

Option (c) :  Tuesday Aug 9th, 2pmPT (call: 30mn)
