Subject: We will need the same remedial action for TCADMIN-566, CSD Creation /Upload Request for XTemp: XML Testing and Event-driven Monitoring of Processes
Hi Jacques, Paul has been checking on JIRA tickets and notified me that TCADMIN-566 (http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/TCADMIN-566) CSD Creation / Upload Request for XTemp: XML Testing and Event-driven Monitoring of Processes has the same problem as tickets 451 - 453. The TC approved a single PDF file in the minutes but the submission uses an editable file as well as an additional XSD file. To remedy this, please take the following steps: - Put the two documents, (xtemp.xsd and XTemp-csd2.odt) into a ZIP file, load the ZIP file to Kavi, and have the TC approve that ZIP file. - Cite that ZIP file in the request to TC Administration. In addition, Paul noted that the References section is in Appendix B. Generally it is up front in the main body of the document (either sections 1.2, 1.3 or new section 2). More importantly, Normative and Non-Normative references need to be labelled as required in the TC Process. Just FYI, the URL for the Work Product will be http://docs.oasis-open.org/tamie/xtemp/v1.0/csd01/xtemp-v1.0-csd01.odt. You don't need to update the cover pages, we'll handle that during processing. But this information may be needed for establishing the namespace in the XSD file, and schemas presented in Appendices A, C, and D.
