Subject: Groups - testassertionmarkuplanguage-1.0-csd-05-Jun07.odt (testassertionmarkuplanguage-1.0-csd-05-Aug29-diffs.odt) uploaded

Candidate CSD 05 of TA markup 1.0, due to need to redo ballot (8/27),
(odt), as it should be packaged with its related XML schema.
- an editorial fix done: in 2.3.2, moved a sentence from under
taml:refSourceItem to first paragraph of this section.
- in 2.3.9 "Var": added an optional @vtype attribute to indicate var type
(a feature discussed before and forgotten.)
