ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS 1.1 APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES The 2012-12-19 Minutes were approved without objection <https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/tag/201301/msg00000.html>. 1.2 APPROVAL OF AGENDA Points on the agenda were followed in the discussion: <https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/tag/201301/msg00001.html>. 2. FOLLOW-UP ON UPDATING THE TEST ASSERTIONS GUIDELINES The change-tracked document that were posted before the December meeting were discussed. Jacques walked through the changes. Jacques also spoke about the distinction between conformance targets and test targets. There will be an update based on the discussion on the call. 3. FOLLOW-UP ON ISO SUBMISSION OF THE TA MODEL The practical next steps need to be considered. There will also need to be some consideration of what ISO standards development TC would be the appropriate home for creation of the International Standard. If submitted to ISO/IEC JTC1, presumably that TC would determine which of its subcommittees would be expected to deal with the submission. 4. FUTURE MEETINGS The next meeting will be in 2-3 weeks.
