1. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
    1.1 APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES

The 2013-01-30 Minutes were approved without objection
    <https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/tag/201302/msg00001.html>.

    1.2 APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Points on the agenda were followed in the discussion:

2. USE OF TEST ASSERTIONS BY OTHERS

Jacques reported on the use of Test Assertions in other groups: NIST/SAJACC, OASIS/CAMP, OASIS/DSS ... .
ETSI, a sort of NIST counterpart in Europe is using Test Assertions, but no TA Markup.
In general, the TA Model is adopted in its textual form, without reliance on TA Markup.

3. FOLLOW-UP ON REVIEWING THE TEST ASSERTIONS GUIDELINES

Jacques reviewed the changes that were made, requesting review that the proposed changes, such as those from Kevin, have been handled adequately.

Some typographical problems were observed having to do with cross-referencing to the bibliographic entries. These will be worked over.

The qualifications in the glossary that emphasize TA-specific terms was also discussed. The different ways to cross-reference were discussed. It seemed more appropriate to have links from glossary entries to places in the text where authoritative definition/use is described.

    ACTION ITEMS
    a. Jacques will send out another draft
    b. The participants are asked to submit further
comments well before the next meeting.

4. FOLLOW-UP ON ISO SUBMISSION OF THE TA MODEL

Looking at the Minutes from 2012-12-19, and there are the following topics:
  - Finding the agreement between OASIS and JTC1
  - The PAS policy is here:
    <https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/liaison#submitwork>
  - Where to conduct maintenance
  - Where to submit

    ACTION ITEMS

    a. Dennis to provide notes on what he has to Jacques
    b. Jacques will consult with Jamie Clark of OASIS

4. FUTURE MEETINGS

It is proposed to keep the TC open for maintenance purposes, meeting monthly.

The next meeting will be on March 27 at the usual time.

Respectfully submitted,

 - Dennis E. Hamilton
   TAG TC Secretary
