        Proposed WD for a new version, based on latest meeting feedback: (All the diffs show the differences with current CN)

A non-diff version will be uploaded which should be a candidate for CND vote (CN draft, step before a more formal CN candidate)

Most recent updates are:
- Definitions in 3.1.1 are the most precise compared with Glossary.
- Definitions for test assertions parts in Glossary are more concise, and refer to 3.1.1
- all other diffs are same as for previous revision.
