# Makes catch/match/condition an element (breaking change for POC
translator)

# Adds else-if (minor change)

# several (not substantial) minor changes such as introduction of an
optional schemaVersionID to cater for future minor, backwards compatible
schema version mods (to remove need to update namespace for minor mods)

# removes 'exit' from 'general_group' used by variables and loop/onfinal

Further changes are probably needed in ctach/match but we do not yet have
agreement on these and they will introduce greater change requirements to
POC translator
