Trying to summarize a possible event handling framework within which test scripts may operate.

This is intended not to decide of an architecture, but to udnerstand how parts of a script may be used to configure different components.

Not visible here:

- EBoards can be shared across test scripts  (DB like)

- EBoards need be managed (Event manager) for: (a) subscription to external evt queues as needed, (b) indexing features, (c) communication between EBoard and scriplets.
