Cho: current section 3.3 is about concurrency semantics, independent from language.
Should be moved in earlier section, out of language syntax section.

Jacques: will dissociate currnt section 3 into : new section 3 "language semantics", 
and new section 4 "language syntax/constructs".
Jacques: see the new "join" additional semantics for "sleep": allows for waiting for 
completion of concurrent threads (started in a non-blocking way).
Jacques: we should rename "sleep" into "wait" because of the richer semantics of 
this operation. (agreed)

Jacques: need to replace "sleep" -> "wait" in primer. (To check: if use cases use "sleep" or not)
Translator and use cases to be posted as open source (FOSS), when we approve XTemp as a CSD.
